In the end he finished the final in a thankless 4th place after narrowly losing the shoot-off for the bronze medal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With our grip, Florian equalled the existing rapid fire pistol world record of 593 points at the World Cup in Munich on 4 June 2024. He now shares the world record with his teammate Christian Reitz and Korea&#8217;s Kim Junhong. Christian Reitz set the world record at the 2013 European Championship in Osijek (CRO). Barely a year later, Kim Junhong equalled it at the 2014 World Cup in Beijing (CHN).
