By prior arrangement you can also collect your order from us in person: CB3D Burbach und Dörr GbR, Bruchweg 15, 64823 Groß-Umstadt. By arrangement, collection at our workshop location in Zellhausen is also possible. We will notify you by email as soon as your order is ready for collection. For collection in person we do not charge any shipping costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Deliveries outside the EU<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
For deliveries to Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland, additional costs beyond our control may arise which are to be borne by you – for example customs duties, import VAT or fees charged by your bank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Delivery time<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Our grips are made to order. The delivery time is therefore uniformly approx. 8 weeks<\/strong> from order to handover to DHL. Add to this the transit time of the shipping provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\nFor payment by credit card, SEPA direct debit or PayPal the period begins on the day after the contract is concluded; for payment by prepayment it begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank. If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the period ends on the following working day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you order several items together, we ship the order as a single consignment once all items are completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Regardless of the delivery area, we offer the following payment methods. We do not charge any additional fee for any of these payment methods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
- Credit and debit card<\/strong> – processed via Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.<\/li>
- SEPA direct debit<\/strong> – processed via Stripe. Collection takes place after the SEPA direct debit mandate has been granted during the order process.<\/li>
- PayPal<\/strong> – during the order process you are redirected to PayPal and complete the payment there.<\/li>
- Prepayment by bank transfer<\/strong> – we will send you our bank details and the payment reference by email after you complete your order. We begin production as soon as the payment order has been issued.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Payment for rental contracts<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Grip blanks and grips for rent are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Only credit\/debit card and SEPA direct debit are available for this, as only these payment methods support automatic collection for the following months.
